My Thoughts about May 21, 2011
The main thing I want to expound on is the fact that I do not blame the followers/believers of Harold Camping for believing in his end of the world predictions. People are so hungry for the REAL truth nowadays and they are unhappy with what is going on... on a global scale. So, I say to the scoffers who are laughing at and blaming the really SINCERE people who got caught up in all of this doomsday business, walk a mile in their shoes before you prejudge.
We all respond to events based on our 'life experiences' and each person comes from a difference experience. We all get caught up in things that do not have good outcomes and hopefully we learn lessons from them.
All this doomsday business has done is enforce the stance of those who do not believe in Christ and/or hate any kind of organized religions. I myself do not believe in RELIGION, I believe in JESUS and I believe in the bible.
As a person who believes in Christ and His love, my obligation is to pray and believe that He will open their hearts and minds to His real truth.
As for Harold Camping, I believe he knew what he was doing all along and whether it was his first or 50th time in predicting the end of the world, I would not want to be him when that day finally comes.
