' II've been trying to reset my password on my account for the last 15 minutes, it says it doesn't recognise my email address, which is odd as it's the email address the news was sent to! My friend Pam is having the same problem....has anyone else tried to do theirs? '
' I am having all sorts of problems trying to log on ..it keeps telling me to reset my password which I keep doing and still I can't log on. Pulling my hair out now worrying about not being able to get to ticket saleson June 1st.....Help.

What Janey posted regarding all this yesterday

Hi Linda and Linda
The transfer of information from the old web-site database to the new one (not the forum, where your usernames and log-ins continue as before) is not yet complete, but should be by Tuesday or Wednesday, so, as far as we understand, if you were registered with the old site for newsletters etc, youshould be for the new one once the transfer is complete. I say 'should', as we are not completely sure ourselves how this is going to be working!
It does seem, however, that re-registering to the site is possible ... so if you are unsure about your previous registration to the Sony web-site (not the forum), try registering again.
Hopefully, all will be come clear in the next week, but if not we will try and get more specific information. As we have said previously, we have been told the new web-site is a work in progress and is not yet finalised.

What those members comprehended/read from her post -
Not a FECKIN' thing!!!
Hello....she said 'Tuesday or Wednesday of this week'.
What I would love to post in the thread:
If those complaining would visit the forum more than once every 2 or 3 years, or when it's time to buy tickets, you might know what the f*** is going on. You always want to make sure you are first in queue to get the best tickets and when you have problems logging into your account, you want to blame everyone but yourself for being an asshole.
Guess what people? The new website is a 'work in progress' as Admin has said about 3 trillion times already. Too bad they are not perfect and do everything according to your selfish liking. Hint.....sad but true but there are always going to be those members who are more tech saavy than you and get the best seats. It's called 'LIFE and learning to live with it'.
Yeah, the forum does not always run smooth and most of the time the fans find things out before SONY even let's us know and yes, they are slow on the uptake with allot of things. Yeah, it's discouraging when a concert date does not fit into our time agenda or vacation schedule. Yeah, you paid your $50 membership fee in order to have 'first dibs' on all the nifty things that are IL DIVO. But sorry, that fee does not include listening to your incessant moaning and groaning because you can't have EVERYTHING your way or the damn 'tote bag' promised with membership was not delivered to your home the very next day after you paid your $50.
Finally.....sorry you just cannot sit back comfortably on your throne and dictate the workings of the IL DIVO machine.
I applaud all the loyal fans who have been faithful to the IL DIVO forum through famine as well as feast. They should be the ones who get the best tickets.
Why I love my BLOG....I can say what I damn well please and don't have to listen to a bunch of whiny assed responses.
JUST SAYIN' ..........
I just sat here and nodded through your whole rant. It's the truth.
